Ordered an item from Focus Camera that their website said was in stock. I received an order confirmation but 1 1/2 weeks later, no shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service and they informed me the order had been cancelled due to no availability. Pretty poor communication from this company.
Order a Camera Bundle for an EOS 80D, received mostly everything but the most important item the camera. Now that I have, I have made some research online it seems like FC is used to doing this to customer, so either you guys are scamming people or Im not sure. I have been talking to this young man who has been nice, yet has made me feel like its my fault . the first thing I was told last friday when I called was please send photos of everything. I did that right away. Now I keep being told you need 24 hours then you need another 24-40 hours again. Then I keep being told the camera was in the box??? When it wasn't , not to mention the bag had some defects and also there was an item that was switch with another item which I chose not to make a big deal about it. At first I just wanted my camera sent, but since I started to see that you guys didnt not want to really help a customer (rule #1 the customer is always right) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue my business with FC. Instead I just want to resolves this and would like a shipping label so I can send back the few items I receive. If my card gets charge I will take legal action against your company because it seems like this has been done to a lot of customers lately . I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. It shouldn't take more than a week to figure out what happen to a camera that wasn't shipped to my home, either you guys sent the wrong box, forgot to put the item inside the box, or I would hate to accused someone of stealing and scamming me for $949.00, which is pretty pathetic & sad. God knows all things.
Just be aware when ordering from FC..what a disturbing experience.. This has never happen :(

Focus Camera always has at least competitive pricing but usually beats prices from other online retailers, including Amazon. The free shipping was also great!

I DID finally get my order. The experience with Focus was great, the experience with FedEx, not so much.
Our order was sent the next day, and arrived quickly! My husband is obsessed with these scopes. They are really amazing and we love that they take regular batteries.
Arrived as advertised - I look forward to using it. The 500 backpack is big, well-compartmentalized, and should hold my 150-600 zoom and my A7III with 28-200 zoom attached, etc.
Mosquito repellent just as described, arrived as promised, not a bulky product.

My original order (made of glass) was shattered when it got to my doorstep.
I called and they sent a new one out, no questions asked. No hassle, nothing. I was a little skeptical buying a water pipe from a camera store but HECK, I have no complaints! ????
